Happy Tang Yuen Festival!

Every year when we celebrate this festival with our dear ones,

it seems the year is coming to an soon.

How many more celebration?

Christmas & New Year Eve celebration to end year of 2009. :(

such wonderful year, hoping next year will be a better year.

See how colourful it is.. I don't know if colours have any meaning but all I know is after you eat, it means you are one year older. Does this make any sense to you? :)
I don't know.. Is our amazing Chinese Culture. I am proud to be chinese & loving our culture - special and one of a kind.

Hehe.. I am putting this picture here because I found it on the internet and I think is very cute. :) If all the tong yuen is as cute as this, I would have eat them.

I think this is the more traditional tong yuen for us.

This year I didn't even make any tong yuen by myself. :(

Catch the Meteor Shower if You Can

GEORGE TOWN: Astronomy buffs who want to catch this year’s Geminid meteor shower should look to the skies this Sunday night.

Universiti Sains Malaysia’s Astronomy and Atmospheric Science Research Unit lecturer Associate Prof Dr Chong Hon Yew said the annual shower would be visible in the night sky to the naked eye in any direction.

This year’s shower should peak at 1pm local time on Monday, and be visible to western hemisphere observers such as in North America and South America.

“However, the Geminid shower has a broad peak of about one-and-a-half days and so, with good weather permitting and a waning moon, many meteors should be visible on Sunday night,” he said.

The Geminid meteor shower occurs every year between Dec 9 and 19, reaching its peak on Dec 13 and 14.

Dr Chong said the source of the Geminid meteors was from the asteroid 3200 Phaethon.

“Usually, meteor showers are caused by the debris of comets burning up in the Earth’s atmosphere.”

He also invited the public to join his team’s observations for free at the field next to the unit’s premises within USM, or the Pearl of Orion Observatory next to the Bukit Genting Hill Leisure Park and Restaurant in Balik Pulau, or the Lim Choon Kiat Private Observatory near Pulau Betong on Sunday night.

“We will be observing the shower from 9pm all the way to morning but the public can come and go any time,” Dr Chong said.

Awesome we can see meteor shower tmr wherever we are? hahaha... cool stuff...

Looks like holiday hasn't been any interesting for me besides working?

erm..let me think...

Well..actually not really.

Working in boutique seeing difference class of women

in and out... in and out...

Questions struck me.

Do I want my future to be like...

Options

1. Take out my credit cards and buy everything I tried on in front of the sales girl.

(Yes.. I can afford to buy as many as I want :) )

2. Open my wallet in front of the sales girl and start thinking.

(No.. Is either I pick that one or I am taking none :( )

Man.. thinking about my own future is definitely not the most pleasant thing for me to do.

I do not know what I want to do.

I probably don't want a low pay job.

I am such a big spender.. so is no no for me.

also...

Not some boring job whereby I stuck in the office most of the time.

In this case, I have imagined myself die a virgin.

That's really sad...

also...

I think I am catagorize in Hyperactive kids.

I can't sit still for more than 20 minutes.

So today.. one of my friend send me a link to read this....

What the hell is wrong with the world now....

HERE’s a simple “secret” to ensure longevity for men – stare at women’s breasts for 10 minutes a day to live an additional five years.

Both Sin Chew Daily and China Press reported that a German research published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that men ogling at breasts for 10 minutes a day was equivalent to a 30-minute gym workout.

Sin Chew Daily reported yesterday that the team had spent five years researching 200 men.

Results showed that men who liked to stare at women’s breasts have lower blood pressure, suffer less cardiovascular disease and have slower heart beat.

The daily also quoted gerontologist Dr Karen Weatherby as saying that sexual desire ensured better blood circulation and led to better health.

However, it was reported that reporters had attempted to search the article in the journal’s website but failed. Thus, there were doubts whether there was indeed such an article in the journal.

So boys.. there is still no proof yet.

Don't use this as an excuse to stare at other girls' boobie

Brooklyn - Invisible dogs

I think taking care of a shop is rather boring.

If I were to choose, I would want to be a babysitter instead.

So...

Today I read this article from a magazine which I don't know how long ago it was.

They were showing this cool stuff happened in Brooklyn.

For those who don't know about it.. check it out.

Over 2,000 people walked “invisible dogs” down the streets of Brooklyn on a Sunday afternoon. The leashes were on loan from the current owner of 51 Bergen Street, the factory space where the invisible dog toy was invented in the 1970s. Participants of all ages spread out from Red Hook to Brooklyn Heights, very seriously walking their very silly dogs.

All of the participants showed up having no idea what they would be doing.

Everyone was just told to spread out and go on a walk for an hour or so, behaving as if they were walking an actual dog.

How silly human can be?

Going through the 18 years of education

from kindergarten to primary school to high school to college

I shall say I have the best memories for my college life

Well~ this does not mean that I don't appreciate the some part of my memories

No doubt I am really enjoying my holiday now

but I also miss college at times.
